Jason is BIAS Software’s Customer Success Manager, overseeing the Customer Success team ensuring quality customer service. Prior to BIAS, he worked as a Financial Analyst at Umpqua Bank. He also owned and operated Fairfield Hardware for eight years, and during that time served as a volunteer firefighter/EMT with Spokane County Fire Districts 2 & 12. Jason served as the Spokane County District 2 Fire Chief for four years. Jason has spent time at the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Department as a 911 call-taker and dispatcher as well.
