With over ten years’ experience in management, leadership and training, Chris Wheatley develops individuals, teams and organizations to create healthy and productive organizational environments. Chris currently serves as the Organizational Leadership and Effectiveness Manager for Numerica Credit Union, where he trains and develops employees at all levels on leadership and interpersonal effectiveness. Prior to his current position, Chris spent nearly a decade at Gonzaga University in various leadership and teaching roles. He is also a principal consultant with Symbio, a leadership firm focused on developing organizational authenticity and high-performing cultures. Chris has worked with a variety of corporate and non-profit organizations, including Avista, Cerium Networks, Leadership Spokane, the Washington Bankers Association, and the Associated Builders and Contractors. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
