As the BIAS Support Sorceress I spend my days plying my magic skills assisting our clients through the BIAS Software maze. I prepared for this epic position by spending many years working in jobs that required the ability to speak “customer” and “technical”!! What I love most about my Sorceress position is all of you, our customers, who are so kind and work so very hard for your local organizations.
Personally, as many of you know, I have many animals who are my fur family and am excited to be back in a rural area and riding horses again! I am the happiest when doing chores, moving hay or working outside, preferably with no neighbors!
